Delivery: - Take advantage of our Delivery service! Extremely Convenient and easy! All that with a competitive price! - Please contact us if you have different pick up and drop off locations. * For all airport deliveries to MCO (Orlando International), and Sanford Airport, the initial parking fee will be the responsibility of the guest. Fees can be between $2 - 19 at MCO, and between $2-17 for Sanford. We will be responsible for the return parking fee after the guest returns the car to the airport (if the car was returned at the correct time). Exclusions may apply. Guidelines
- Car key Replacement: If the key is damaged or lost, the customer will be charged a $700 fine. - Cleaning : We expect to receive the car back with some regular dirt due to dust, rain, or just dirt from normal driving conditions. You will be charged a cleaning fee if the car is returned excessively dirty meaning stains, excessive dust, mud, spilled drinks, and smoke odor (smoking policy strictly enforced). The cleaning fee is $150. ***Please do not smoke*** You will be charged a $250 fine for smoking. if for some reason you smoke in the vehicle which is totally prohibited cleaning costs could be up to $250. - Sunpass Toll is included so that you’re able to use the express toll lane, no need to stop and pay, you will be charged double if you stop and pay the vehicle is billed automatically. This fee will be requested through the reimbursement feature at the end of your trip. If you see anything wrong in you Sunpass invoice please let us know. Unfortunately not. If you’re 30 minutes or more late to return a vehicle, your host can charge you for additional usage.
Can I return the car in a different location?
Yes! You can always contact us to select a different drop off location.
Am I able to extend the trip?
Absolutely! If the car is available you can always extend your trip.
Should I return the car with a full tank?
You can always bring the car with the same Fuel level as it was delivered. If you don’t refuel before returning a vehicle, your host can charge you a $10* convenience fee.
