The accommodations were more extensive than any other rental I've ever experienced, turo or not. I felt so comfortable when issues would arise and I had to discuss changes. Mikal is young business man and extremely professional and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

As good as a car rental could be. Great car, joy to drive, gets about 200 miles with a 30 minute charge. Keep in mind it does not have full autopilot (with lane changes and “summon”) but the super chargers are free which saves a lot of coin. Billy is responsive and was generally on time for meeting. Would recommend and consider next time we’re in the Bay!

ZT provided the best experience we've had with Turo. When the weather called for rain the day of our original rental date, ZT accommodated us with a short notice change for the next day. Their willingness to deliver the Boxster to a location close to our residence at an extremely reasonable price, made check in and check out a simple process. The generous number of miles included in the plan ensured a full day of driving without having to be concerned with trip restrictions. This is our future go to for Turo.

Joseph and his associate Desmond were a breeze to rent with. They add a lot of thoughtful touches to renting prior to stepping in the vehicle including incredibly seamless pickup communication, my own Tesla profile in the car, and all the most delightful talk about the nuances of Tesla in general. The car rides like a dream and the long range makes quite a difference for a road trip day. We were able to get to Monterey and then some in less than one charge. The autopilot is fun, and makes a coastal cruise that much easier. Even when we were late in returning, Desmond was amenable and kind with the requirements for returning the car. Absolutely would recommend and rent again! Thanks for enabling a really amazing day!

Leo’s car was perfect!!! It was clean and even had a little bottle of hand sanitizer in the middle console. He also had an android and iPhone charger, which was GREAT because I totally forgot mine. Christian and his associate Desmond are amazing hosts. They were more than accommodating in pickup and drop off (particularly when we were a little late on the return!), thorough with their availability and instruction, and beyond friendly and communicative. They add a lot of thoughtful little touches, including easy pickup and drop off and your own profile in the Tesla for driving. It really makes the difference. The car is great, clean, and well maintained. It’s fantastic for daily and long distance trips—we wouldn’t have made it to Monterey for a day trip without the long range and got there with charge to spare. It’s a pleasure to drive and has such a great cruising feel I can’t imagine long trips any other way. Would absolutely rent again, thanks for making our day possible with some sweet wheels!
Excellent rental experience. Joseph clearly spent a lot of time cleaning the car and making it look immaculate. Great communication all around, especially with car features and pickup / return procedures. He was also flexible and overall great to work with. Great car, fair price, and friendly owner/renter! As I was browsing to rent a car (I like the Jaguar F-Type), I noticed there's one near me. The moment I made the reservation Gabriel was very communicative and responsive. When I went to pick up the car he was already at the pick up spot with the car. He answered all my questions.... Overall I had wonderful experience driving the Jaguar F-type....: beautiful and powdered sport car... Although I had rented the car for one day, I decided to extend rent for additional one day; when I requested extension Gabriel responded quickly and approved the new request timely (very responsive). Again, during the return Gabriel was already waiting at the designated drop off spot, and everything went smoothly. I'll definitely rent this car again...and highly recommend Gabriel! Best! Esayas

To take such high quality care of their luxury cars is one thing. But to consistently offer such premium service elevates Janet and her husband into a very special realm of car share providers. There is a seamlessness to the experience with them, every time I rent one of their cars, that makes it so easy to enjoy the car and want to rent from them, again and again. Special cars and special people make this a very special experience. I highly recommend going with ONLY them as they are the best!
Christian was extremely accommodating, responsive and easy to work with. His car share manager and primary point of contact, Desmond, was fantastic — extremely quick to respond to all questions and concerns and knowledgeable about every detail of the car. The car itself was a dream to drive — I drove it round trip from Oakland to LA and it’s hard to imagine doing the drive in any other vehicle — particularly one without autopilot. Be warned: You’ll have trouble going back to a non-electric vehicle after this. Phenomenal experience all around!

I had a GREAT experience renting Michael's Model 3. Michael's flexibility and punctuality was very much appreciated considering I landed in Oakland International Airport pretty late in the evening, We kept in touch before and after the rental to make sure the car pick up and return went smooth. I most definitely recommend booking a rental with Michael!
