Pick up location was convenient and easy with no hassle.

Touchscreen radio not very responsive, headliner was dirty but overall I absolutely recommend it!

Jesus was a great host and pick-up was very easy. We were arriving late so it was great we had self-pickup/check-out.

Giving this 3 stars because the condition of the car. We were expecting it to be more enjoyable to drive in than it was. There were a handful of dents outside, worn/cracked leather seats on both the driver and passenger side (which of course weren't pictured), a large plastic piece coming off the driver seat, missing button for the side window adjustment, bad hinge on driver door, broken gas cap (but eventually figured out how to get it off) and a pretty gross interior headliner with a many small dark spots - not sure if it was dirt, mold, etc.

Also the touch screen on the radio barely works so we were unable to listen to any music on our drive (and could not get bluetooth/phone cord to connect with audio).

The AC runs fine when driving but does not cool well when in idle. (We took the car camping, so we were hoping we could use the car's AC every now and then while stalled but it never seemed to cool.)

Also the pick-up area felt sketchy, but we personally did not encounter any issues.

Additionally, the oil change was due over 5000 miles before we picked up car which only mattered to us because we knew we would be driving it 600-800 miles more.

Lastly, the gas tank was quite small - maybe a 10 gallon tank? So we had to stop a few times for gas...Which only mattered because we mainly booked this for the gas mileage/less stops.

BUT all in all - the car ran and we had no mechanical issues. As long as you aren't wanting a car in top cosmetic shape with a good radio, this car is easy to book and pick-up. Although we were expecting a rental in better shape, you never know what you might get with any Turo car, and at least you know this one will run.
