Car broke down first day I got it and host didn’t answer any of my calls or messages. I Had to get in touch with Turo and they resolved the issue themselves. This car shouldn’t be on the road!!!

Car had oil light on. As well as tire pressure light. We had to stop at napa to put oil in the car.

Chris was great! Pick up was super easy at the airport. The car had an issue with the tires but Chris got us swapped out to another car quickly and painlessly. Would definitely recommend.
