Ha was very responsive and flexible. After the nightmare I had to go through with an airport rental agency, working with Ha was extremely easy and care free. Would absolutely recommend.

Great car and great host. Just found out through trip that host had airtag in car without notifying me prior to trip and was pinged a few times while driving the car. Car had some dents and scratches prior to me getting that I would wish would have been disclosed before being dropped off to me at busy airport where I could not do prior inspection.

We have AirTags in all of our vehicles. That is for our piece of mind. Sorry it was pinging on you we have no idea why . This is the first complaint about it and we will look into it . The car has wear and tear scratches and dents nothing major . If you saw something that needs to be addressed please let me know so we can take appropriate action
