Car is equipped with State Farm Drive Safe Bluetooth Beacon- this tracks your trip mileage as well as your speed. Please no speeding. Thank you and drive safe!

I wish I could put no stars at all. She harassed me the whole trip . She was very unprofessional, she constantly left messages about having her car gps on while I travels I had to end my vacuum early because of this issue . I was not refunded for my hotel stay since we had to leave early I could not get a refund for my kids having to miss the aquarium.

Out of the 8 trips, all other reviews have been 5 stars and that I have provided excellent customer service to my renters. That says enough. This woman was a nightmare from the start, failed to provide identification, claimed her purse was stolen, asked to drop off the car a day early with no notice, car was returned on the day her reservation ended. She left my car trashed upon return with old food and liquid stains. Disrespectful and rude behavior.

Both the car and Danielle were awesome! First, the car.... Exceptionally clean, comfortable, smooth, nice looking, and fun to drive! It had all the amenities and Danielle also had the car professionally cleaned just before we used it. She also provided an iPhone cable to use with the car play. This was my first time using Turo and I had a great experience. Danielle continually communicated with us, provided places to see and eat and checked in to make sure all was well. Rideshares in Charleston were very hard to come by and very expensive. My wife and two young kids were stranded and the airport for almost two hours because there were no taxis or rideshares. This made us late for pickup time and Danielle offered to pick us up at the airport and took us directly to our hotel. When it was time to leave, Danielle was extraordinarily accommodating and allowed us to flex our drop off time and she came to our hotel. Overall, a great experience and I would do it again!
