David is the most concise and responsive person I have ever interacted with online!!!!! We rented his 2010 Ford Fusion hybrid for our trip, the airport pickup was super easy and the car was immaculate. Fast responses when I had questions during the trip, and he sent a really nice explanation (with photos) of where to return at the airport as there was construction going on and it was my first time in Norfolk. This was my first time using Turo, it is a bit different than a standard rental, as you are asked to vacuum and wash the car before returning it, which surprised me. But - like I said earlier, the car was super clean when received, I would DEFINITELY rent from David again!

Ryan dropped the car at the airport for me, making my trip very simple after a long day of flying. He provided waters and a phone charger which just added to this very easy transition. Looking forward to using his service very soon.

John is an excellent ambassador for electric vehicles! He met us at the airport and gave us a thorough tour of the Model 3, showing us the major differences between it and a “regular” car. His car was in great shape and it was super fun to drive. John was readily available for questions and checked in with us to make sure the car rental was going ok. I would definitely book a car with John again!

No words can explain how kind Randolph is not only is his communication the best I’ve encountered this far he tries to help as much as possible he even walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining if your in the area and need a rental Randolph is the Go-To guy!!! I had a great trip with Williams Ford Fiesta! We came to Norfolk for a wedding and had to drive back and forth from north Carolina multiple times. The fiesta had FANTASTIC gas mileage and so easy to drive. The Apple CarPlay was a good plus when navigating. The car ran perfect, was super clean and nice on the inside, and William and Kris were so accommodating to being dropped off at the airport and being early for drop off.
Had an amazing experience driving the Challenger. Never had so much fun in such a machine before and renting this vehicle was so worth the price! Curtis was a fine gentleman giving renters a satisfactory experience with his challenger. Emphasizing on having the best time and most importantly safety for my trip. He's gone over everything I needed to know about the car, recommendations on restaurants, places to have a smooth drive, and tourist destinations to make the most out of my experience. Very friendly and honest man, always able to answer questions and have communication with me. I went out of my way to clean his car a little more than needed just to show my appreciation for him and his kindness. If you ever need some muscle around VA please don't hesitate to rent with Curtis! As a Navy sailor I would highly recommend other service members to rent with curtis!!! Very military friendly!
RENT FROM RANDY! He goes above and beyond expectations. If you’ve never rented from Turo before have no fear, it’s amazing especially if using one of Randy’s cars. He picked us up from the airport and saved us a $40 Uber ride and was all around a decent, kind and amazing human. A lovely person who will add to your experience in VA! The car ran great and the hospitality was par none. He offered me a Bluetooth adapter for the car so that I could listen to my music, water and a great attitude. The gas mileage on the car is great. I used a quarter tank going all the way to Yorktown, down to VA beach and then Norfolk. Highly recommended.

The car was very clean and had an aux cord and car charger to use. It was also really great on gas and drove amazing. Would definitely recommend renting from him!
