If you have never driven a 500, you will be in love. It is like driving a puppy. I adored this car and would rent it again. The car was not delivered with full fuel, the windshield washer fluid ran out during my renal, and there are several imperfections on the car (missing wheel hub, dents, etc.), but these were all worth the (very cheap) price of admission for a very awesome experience! Drop off and pick up and communications were wonderful, easy, remote, and COVID safe. I would definitely rent this little car again!

This was my first time using Turo and Bo was a very excellent host. He answers the phone or text right away. He was extremely flexible when I needed the car longer due to my car not being ready at my mechanic. He helped me through the process with all my questions. Not to mention the car ran great I’m a big guy and drive big cars but this car did its job by far! I will most definitely rent from Bo again.

This was just a basic car. Get you from point A to point B great on gas. The pick up and drop off location was a bit weird it’s in front of a cemetery. The car was not clean and had a very strange smell I did however go through the car wash and vacuum it for the next person that gets it😉 I had to Extend my trip and he was very timely in his response and I would definitely rent again when I’m in the area

Bo is the only person I will ever rent from in Chicago, absolutely flawless experience. Pickup/drop-off with a lock box is genius and super convenient. Communication was easy with a response within seconds every time. Car was clearly very well maintained, as I'm sure all of his cars are. Having his own iPass in the car makes it hassle free, and you'll get a receipt of tolls when requested for the reimbursement. And there was even a universal phone holder (really cool one too, about to buy it)! Look nowhere else, Bo is the Turo King!
