Robert was great through the whole process. It was our first time to Turo. We will definitely do it again because of this car and Robert.

This guy is ridiculous. I wanted to make sure he wasn't waiting on me when we arrived so I scheduled it for 30 minutes after I arrived not knowing how long it would take to get off the plane. Well it was only 15 minutes so we were 15 minutes early. He gave me a hard time saying that I was way off with my time and I would have to wait. We made small talk and he showed me around the car while waiting. That took the 15 minutes. He then suggested some restaurants, which was great. He said something about checking in with me daily but I thought he was kidding. Why would we talk daily??? Well he wasn't every day he messaged me if I had any questions about the car. This was too much. Also, the car was filthy. The outside was embarrassing and I could barely see through the front window in the light because it was so disgustingly dirty. While on the trip my mother got sick who lives in Florida, several hours away, I had to go see her... We rented it for 6 days so I had 1200 miles but Florida is a big state... Needles to say I went over my mileage. No big deal I thought, I would just pay the mileage charges. Well apparently that was me treating his car like garbage and he freaked out on me. I took very good care of his car. I didn't beat it. I went to a self service car wash to clean the car with a hose not brushes. I vacuumed it and only gave it premium. He yelled at me about washing it and told me it says specifically for me not to. I didn't see that anywhere. I'm a 2 bucket washing kind of guy I didn't do anything wrong. This is a $35,000 car not a Ferrari. My Audi is worth more and I in no way would mistreat his car. I was so mad with him belittling me about treating his car like sh*t... We got into a screaming match. Where he started toward me like he was going to fight me, I was shocked. Then, when I was trying to take my own photos he just drove off. Very unprofessional. He should have just charged me the extra money and spared me the belittling. My worst Turo experience ever. The car is ok very slow... He is terrible and overbearing.

Robert was an excellent Turo host for us first-time Turo’ers! His vehicle took good care of us during our two days in the area, and we returned the favor. The Porsche was an amazing experience — one that me and my wife will never forget. Thank you for the opportunity, Robert. We will be back!
