Simple to use and easy to operate, this is an excellent little economy car and large enough to fit your family, friends and luggage for traveling. You can easily expect over 35 mpg if you maintain 65 mph on the freeway. This car has had a brand new HEPA rated cabin filter installed and the AC blows ice cold! The small yet roomy interior warms up very quickly when the heat is turned on. Although my Hyundai is extremely clean inside and out, it does show some minor parking lot bumps and bruises from its past life.   • 🟢 I am new to Turo and am not sure about the process. What should I know?

    This is a simple and fast process. You walk to your car, take a handful of photos and receive key info. 1- Start by creating a Turo account on your phone. 2-It is best to enable Turo Notification on your phone settings to receive required instructions. Through Turo messaging you will receive vehicle pick up and key location information. 3- Provide freshly taken I.D. photos before each trip, when prompted. 4- Let me know if you are: 🟢Flying to SNA, John Wayne airport, include your airline name and flight number. This will allow your car to be parked at the closest parking spot to your arrival gate. 🟢Or if you are Driving in, to receive the easiest pick up location. (Flights often arrive early to SNA, providing flight number ensures earlier vehicle access). 5- Whether you are flying or driving (being dropped off by a friend or Uber), your car will be within a 3 minutes' walk from airport curbside. Regardless of flight delays or early arrivals, this car will be there when you land. I will send you easy step by step vehicle pick up directions and key lockbox code once you are by your vehicle. 🟢For common courtesy and rescheduling purpose, please message ahead of time before making any changes to your trip.

  • How do I 🟢 Extend, Change trip times and dates, or have an 🟢 Additional Driver on this trip?

    Extend, Change pick up/drop off times and dates: 1-Under Details page tap on Change Trip tab. 2-Use the trip calendar to change your pick up/drop off times and dates. Additional Driver: 1-Have your driver create a Turo account. 2-Under Details page of your trip, scroll down to Additional Drivers tab. 3-Tap “Add driver” 4-Enter the email tied to your Additional Driver's Turo account.

  • Tolls - Traffic Violation 1-What should I do if I receive a Traffic Violation Ticket? 2-Could I use the Toll Roads and how do I reimburse the cost?

    1- If you receive a traffic ticket, it is best that you pay for it online asap, otherwise I might receive it in the snail mail later with late payment fee charges, costing you even more. 2-Yes, this vehicle has a FasTrak Toll Sticker. When you use the Toll Roads, the cost of it is instantly charged to this car's account. You will be asked through the Turo app for a reimbursement once your trip is over. You can use every Tolled bridge, lane and road in California, from San Diego to San Francisco. -Southern California FasTrack routes are: State Route; 73, 133, 241, 261 Express Lanes; I-10, I-15, I-110, I-880, 91, 101, 125 -Northern California FasTrack routes are: All Toll bridges, I-580, I-680, 237, SFO Airport parking's that display FasTrack logo ***If you are a local guest and have your own FasTrack Toll transponder, Do Not use it in this car to avoid a double charge. ***

  • Do I to return the car the same way I received it, clean with a full tank of gas?

    It would be great if you return the car the same way you received it, clean with a full tank. But I understand you might be in a hurry and not have enough time to clean and fill up the gas tank. That is why Turo has come up with a couple of options for you: -You could choose to pay $10 Convenience Fee on top of the exact cost of the missing fuel if you do not have time to fill up the tank. -You could pay $150 Cleaning Fee, plus $25 processing fee, if you do not return a clean car, the same way you received it. 🟣-Most guests do not need the use of a carwash by simply keeping the car clean during their trip. They do not eat in the car and pick up their cups and bottles etc. When going to the beach, they are mindful of sand by rinsing sand off their feet and belongings before entering the car.

  • 🔴Could I smoke, vape or allow a pet in this car?

    🔴Smoking of anything, Vaping and Pets are prohibited in this vehicle. -The fee for removing smoking smell, vaping residue, pet stains, pet smell and fur removal, is $150 plus a $25 processing fee. -A damage claim will be filed for the cost of the damaged and smelly air filter replacement for this car. -Charges and low ratings will %100 be applied if there are any odors, lingering smells and traces of any and all kinds of: •Smoking (Cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, extreme cover up odors of fragrances, aftershaves and air fresheners), •Vaping (smell and residue left on the interior glass), •Pets (smell, stains and fur).

  • Can I pick up/drop off the car 🟢 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

    Yes, you can pick up/drop off the car anytime you like by following these steps: 1- Book the car for 9:00am or 10:00pm pick up/drop off. 2-On DETAILS page of your booked trip tap on MODIFY TRIP tab. 3-Use the trip calendar to request a change to your pick up/drop off time. Please note, -I will see and respond to your request during work hours only. -I need at least 3 hours to prepare your car.

  • Lost and Found -----------------  I cannot find an item and believe I may have left it in your car.

    Should you suspect that you've left an item in the car, please reach out to me promptly. I will inspect the vehicle before it departs for another journey. Please note that any items found will be retained for a period of two weeks only.

The car does not start on 9/18. Call the host. Host get tit towed. I have to Uber home. Very bad experience

My dear you drove that car for 40 days, from Aug 9 to Sep 19. Then you broke the ignition by using a Toyota key instead of its Hyundai key. Tow truck driver found a Toyota key in the lockbox. I am sorry you had to Uber home but like I said before we are not allowed to give guests ride in our cars. Best of luck to you li.
