OMG, where do I start. The best experience EVER, not just the car, but the owner. I had personal incident (no physical harm), and the host and his family stepped up in real life situation showing true heart and outstanding support. God bless and to the community: lets keep rewarding them, DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. There is no rental company that would have saved me from the situation. The car itself: simply PERFECT, clean on detail level, fast (yeah, electric), safe, spacious. Host, again, I am speechless for his involvement, profession attitude and human with a heart that proves humanity still exists in us, in that busy and chaotic world we live in.

First time doing an airport pickup/dropoff, could not have been easier. Fredrico was at the gate, on time, handoff took 20 seconds. Car was awesome, dropoff was just as easy. I’m never using a rental car again this is so much better. Rent with confidence Fred is the man.

Jonathan was very accommodating, he was on time delivering the car from the airport, and the car is very clean. Since we are new to Turo, he gave us instructions on how it works. During my return, he was very prompt meeting us back at the airport. We will definitely do business with him again next time we are in town.

Domo was great with communication. This Tesla was fun to drive. The only downside for me was the battery life since this was a standard range option. It only went about 240 miles or so at a full charge Charging was easy and fast. I’ll recommend!

Kevin and his wife (didn’t get her name) were excellent car-hosts! They picked me up at the airport right on time and were there waiting for me when it was time to hand back the key to their beautiful Model X which was impeccably clean and well maintained. Domo was awesome. My trip involved me flying cross country and coordinating the delivery of the vehicle at the airport. He arrived on time and dropped the vehicle right off at the arrival gates for me. The drop off at the end was great to put it at the nearby Tesla Supercharger station to the airport. As for the vehicle, it was an incredible ride and I highly recommend. Great speed, control, and navigation for my road trip from NJ to PA and back. The car provides great info on super charger stations along the way to ensure you get to your location with sufficient battery. 5 stars all around here.

Loved the whole experience, clean vehicle. Prompt delivery and pickup. She provided guidance with finding charging stations and stayed available by call and text all through rental period. Will sure rent again.

Had to delay start of hire, change point of collection and then extend the hire later once the time had past, and he was very relaxed about it all. Will be hiring this car again for sure! Zhuoming was amazing. punctual for both the airport appts when he dropped off the car and when he picked it up. the car is in great shape, includes self driving. the best part was that our hotel had an electric charging station so we didnt spend much time supercharging on our trip from NJ to CT and back. Best decision ever to go with an electric car rental.

Stellar. From the moment I booked til the moment I returned the vehicle, Emilio and David were quick to respond to messages, keep me updated, and respond and accommodate some changed to my trip including a last minute extension. They were extremely courteous. The model y was also in pristine condition. A previous review mentioned that new car smell; the car and looked and smelled brand new. It was a peach to drive. The owners also left some goodies for staying safe which was much appreciated. The airport pick up and drop off was wonderful and easily worth the fee. Overall money very well spent. The Tesla also made an otherwise special weekend even nicer.
