The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. It was clear that the host takes great care of their vehicles, which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable drive.
Availability was no issue at all; I was able to find the perfect car quickly, and the booking process was seamless. Everything was ready on time, and probably would have been ready before the time I initial initially selected if needed as an overall courtesy. The pickup and return process was incredibly easy.
What really stood out was the customer service. Not only was the host friendly and responsive throughout the trip, but they went above and beyond by personally driving me to the airport for my departure. They dropped me off right at the departures entrance, save me significant time that morning. Don’t let “pick up near each EWR.”prevent you from renting. They’ll probably find a way to make it easier than if you pick up right from the airport.
