Everything was great until drop off at the end of my trip because he was not responding at all. I ended up having to get Turo support to help me with the check out process.

Pros: very responsive and flexible with dropping off and picking up rental from hotel. Also was accommodating when flight was delayed and had to make a modification to the rental time.
Cons: vehicle experienced some brake issues and had to be pushed out the middle of busy canal street in a Friday night. Not only was this concerning but also embarrassing. Called to report issue and was told to turn vehicle off and then back on to reset. We did this and the vehicle would drive for a little ways before the brake light would come on again. We called again and was able to arrange for another slingshot to be delivered the next morning. Ronald did just that how we could not accommodate extending the rental by another night without additional fees although our night was cut short with the original vehicle. This was very much disappointing.
The second slingshot operated fine and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with it. However I am uncertain about renting again from Ronald.
