Randolph was very understanding and flexible with the car. We got rear ended so we ended up a little later and he was kind about it. His car worked well and had no mechanical problems with it! He communicates and answers you quickly as well. If you want a stress-free car rental id definitely recommend him!

Most economy car rental we've had! We were a bit scared to go on the highway at first because it's tiny and does not accelerate quickly, but it worked out just fine. You don't even notice the small size until you look back. The trunk has enough room for only one large suitcase, so just be wary of that. It's perfect for a couple travelling light. The top goes down without issue, which was pretty cool. The only problem we had is that it's a semi automatic, and the gear switcher is right next to the blinker. So when you use the blinker it's easy to switch gears accidentally. It's fuel efficient as well. Randolph was punctual in the retrieval and return. Would rent again for this price 👍

Wow, had so much fun with this car. Very clean, smooth ride, and beautiful car. Many more buttons than we are used to but we figured it out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ride rental

My wife and I loved the experience despite my personal opinion on a Chevy Camaro. It was one of my wife’s dream cars and the smile on her face was beyond belief. My goal was to get her to not love Chevy Camaros as much but it went south and now she wants one so bad. Some of the things I wasn’t expecting was how badly kept it was from the inside. There was wrappers of food in the glove box and in the arm wrest wrappers as well, a couple of stains and dirt here and there. The exterior of the car wasn’t far behind but off course the looks of car made up for it. When we went to pick up the car it didn’t have a full tank more like 3/4 of a tank which isn’t terrible but when it’s 19 mpg in the city of California every gallon counts and we didn’t pay for the extra fuel option thinking it would have had the a full tank on check out. The question is will I check out cars from Carlos again, the answer is yes. He has a lot of options of great cars to choose from and is really quick to response and also easy instructions to follow.
