Host was responsive but car had a touch screen issue on a family day (thanksgiving day) and he made me feel like he accused me of the problem and started typing with exclamation marks as if he was yelling at me and I thought it was extremely unprofessional. He had his wife meet me at pickup of the vehicle and give me the keys. Just unprofessional overall to be honest.

We all apologize that we didn’t meet your professional standards after waiting for you for 40 minutes that you were late to pickup the car and also coming back unannounced 1 hour earlier leaving the car unlocked with the car keys inside and emptying all holiday trash right outside on the parking lot, leaving the car unattended with missing gas and refusing the reimbursement request.

Guest let unauthorized driver use the vehicle and also damaged it, returned with missing fuel ,late on arrival and delivery, smoked cannabis inside. Will not recommend, please stay away.
