I agree, it wasn't a pleasant experience, but for me, not you. You were very poor in your communication and left the car with the keys inside at the location without my presence. You never communicated in advance with me that you were going to return the car early and that I should be there to take the car keys. It wasn't a "turo go" booking where you could've just left the car and leave without my presence, and I never gave you the instructions to return the car and leave without my presence.
