Jerry was great to rent car from - we rented it last minute and he was super accommodating and went out of his way to make drop off/pick up easy! Highly recommend renting from him!

Good experience. Jerry was friendly and professional. Car arrived on time and clean. The Tesla was a blast to drive, although not for the faint of heart.

Pros: Car arrived on time. Communication & directions were great. Supercharge at mall was easy. Pick-up & drop-off went smooth. Cons: Due to circumstance, Jerry was unable to deliver the car himself, the car couldn't be cleaned, charge was low (91 miles ~ 30%) & it smelled like cigarettes. Found all this out at pick-up. We did get an apology both at pick-up & return.

Apologies again, I had a medical emergency and was not able to give the level of care that I usually do. I would like to make up for any inconvenience to you. You can be refunded for this trip or have a credit for a future trip with me.
