Felicia was very responsive and easy to work with, and all her instructions were clear. The car was located where it was supposed to be and lockbox fairly easy to work (my first time with that). However, it was unnerving to get in a car and see the maintenance message on the whole trip (needs oil & service), and this car definitely had not been cleaned inside or out in a long time. For me, the price of this rental definitely did not warrant how dirty it was, and that was disappointing.
