Konstantin was great from the start. My original car was canceled and Customer Service found him for me. He responded quickly to any needs. He even adjusted and made sure that my family and made it to our home safely and picked us up to ensure that we also made our flight. Both Customer Service and Konstantin has set the standard for us moving forward. I highly recommend him if you’re in the area. One last thing he did that was amazing. He was willing to change vehicles if I had any concerns.

Konstantin is a superb host. Car was absolutely perfect from top to bottom and made for an incredibly fun jaunt around the area. Impeccably clean, attention to detail, gracious accommodation, and excellent communication throughout pickup and drop off…and everything in between. Fully recommend this ride!
