It is my goal to provide excellent customer service and the best rental experience possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure you are aware of all policies. 1. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the vehicle is returned unreasonably dirty, you will be issued a cleaning fee as applicable under Turo's Terms of Service (upwards of $250). 2. The vehicle will be provided to you with a full tank of gas. Driver is responsible for returning the vehicle with a full tank unless the Prepaid Fuel option is selected. Failure to return the vehicle with the tank at the level received will result in the cost of a full tank plus a $20 convenience fee. 3. There is NO smoking (vape, cigarette or marijuana) or pets allowed in the vehicle at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in an additional charge applicable under Turo's Terms of Service (upwards of $250). 4. If you wish to give the vehicle a wash, you are welcome to visit any Club Car Wash location and utilize the contactless Express Member lane. 5. The vehicle is equipped with a PikePass transponder. PikePass can be used in Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. It is interoperable with TxTag, TollTag, EZ Tag and K-Tag. All amounts for tolls, parking violations and notifications are time stamped. Any charges incurred during your rental period will be billed to your account by Turo with an additional processing fee of $3. 6. Please be mindful of speed bumps, pot holes and curbs! You will be responsible for any repairs required due to negligence in this regard. 7. Deliveries to any airport locations will be left with a lockbox. Guest will be responsible for any/all parking fees.
