It is our responsibility to ensure our cars are in optimal condition before and after each trip, while maintenance issues may arise between trips, if we are unable to fix any issues with our vehicles, we give each guest the option to choose a different vehicle in our fleet or to cancel their reservation with us.
It’s not the best option, but each guests safety is priority to us. Thank you again!
