5 stars Isn’t enough. Arturo was absolutely incredible the whole trip. Great communication, amazing service, he was friendly, and easy to work with. Went beyond the extra mile. Highly recommended if you need rentals. I will always try to rent from him before anyone else. Thank you again Arturo.
Very easy pickup/drop off. Car does not have very good range and charges slowly. Took it on a road trip and for every 2 hours driving I spent 1 hour charging. Amazing ride and so much fun to drive. I just don’t recommend it for long road trips. Rent a “long range” for road trips. Also, Tesla’s navigation isn’t accurate so while it says it will get you to a supercharger with 20% battery left, it might actually run out of battery and die before you reach the supercharger. I suggest making sure you’re getting to a supercharger with 30%+ just to give you some cushion. Arturo is very easy to work with and I highly recommend renting from him.
The breaks aren’t currently the best and there was a check engine light the owner mentioned during check out. The car is beautiful, draws a lot of attention and being a drop is the coolest part.

For my first time using Turo this experience was great. Arturo was very understanding about me extending my trip time due to my birthday regardless if it was last minute. The car was extremely fun and has a lot of power to it being a 4 cylinder. But I would highly recommend renting!
