Great host. Very responsive. The one thing I didn’t like was that the car did not have a toll pass. I’m nota cash person so this caused me a little inconvenience. Still 5 stars though.

You could have easily avoided what you didn't like, especially by reading the listing where it says specifically it doesn't have a toll pass. Seems like self-inflicted mismanagement to be honest. Considering your flight was hours late, but we were still there on the DOT, and you returned the vehicle hours early costing us a parking fee at the airport, we would actually figure you would be much more convenienced, we don't mind picking up another hosts slack.
