Guidelines
We require that you upload a photocopy of your drivers license to the trip photos immediately upon booking. Driver must be 25 or older to rent. It goes without saying, DON’T drink and drive 🙏🏾 Please, no smoking in the Tesla. Also no pets. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if there is any violation of this policy. All toll charges (Sunpass) incurred during your trip will be charged to you at the end of your trip. All Supercharging fees will be treated like gasoline Purchase and will be billed to you at the end of your trip. Full reimbursement will be requested in the event of any parking tickets or red light camera tickets incurred during your trip. Please return the Tesla in the same condition given (full charge and vacuum cleaned) or a $200 cleaning fee will be applied. Failure to return the key card will result in a $200 fine.

The host was very welcoming and responsive regarding any questions or issues. Sadly the Tesla was experiencing some internal issues that didn’t allow me to charge more than 25%. Was a bummer going every 25-30 miles to charge de vehicle in a Tesla Station

The app never gave me the option to unlock or lock the car to start my ride, after an hour in customer support it worked, we got stoped by the cops due to the license plate being expired and it got pretty uncomfortable.

Our experience with David and his Tesla was awesome. I had a great time in Miami but this time was too great as I somehow ended up almost missing my flight. Lol. The vehicle is so fun, we drove down to the keys and l couldn’t help but enjoy the experience in this great car. Between the great drive, comfortable seats, and awesome TV screen we couldn’t have picked a better car. Thank you again David as well as for helping us get our device back. In the rush of the moment I left my brand new phone in his car and with his help we were able to get it back! Thank you again. We will definitely be back and we will rent with you every time if we can!

Finding the car was a great challenge then returning the car was greater, when I went to pick up the car I call your customer service the rep was horrible, I informed her it was the worst service I’ve received so far from TURO I was told I were get a promo code for my inconvenience nothing happened
