hello, if you are thinking of renting this vehicle please keep in mind some rules At the time of check-in I will always be present, I will take photos of the vehicle to guarantee that it is returned in the same conditions as it was given, photos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle, including tires and brakes. For the check-out the process is similar and I will also be present. the vehicle will be given clean and full of gas, keep in mind that if you do not return it in the same way you will be charged a fee unless you have paid for the service in advance, Florida is a state of tolls there are tolls everywhere, keep that in mind too my work schedule is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, keep in mind that after half an hour late your trip may be canceled as a Turo policy, I ask you to please respect my time and my work, at the time of return the vehicle do it in time to avoid late fees, if you want to modify any pick-up time or drop off, do it through the App within the required time I do not accept paper licenses, no pieces of paper, no identification document other than a physical driver's license, no copies of the license, no learning DL, no expired licenses, Only PHYSICAL DRIVING LICENSES the person who reserved the vehicle the one who has to be present at the time of check in with their valid driver's license I do not deliver the vehicle Absolutely NO *reckless driving (including burnouts, and drifting) *smoking *curbing

Terrible vehicle. Electronics broke down on me at least twice a day while driving. Entire car shaking after 60m/ph. Music comes out of only 2 speakers, Navigation restarts evry 30min and it takes 5min to reboot. Noise in the car from I guess loose components. Contacted the owner of the car and he asked me to drive 1hr to him to get a replacement car, instead of delivering a service for to a customer who was given a damaged vehicle. No sunny-pass in the car, so every 0,60 cent toll will end up $16. Didn’t even show up to receive the car, just sent me extra bills. Used uber most of my trip as had no time to deal with the vehicle.

It is clearly a case of lack of experience with this type of vehicle, the car was given to you in perfect condition, you probably needed more instructions on how to use it, anyway I offered you another vehicle and you refused it, you asked me to show the bill of the toll, when you saw that it was $ 16 you started to complain, I do not understand how you say you moved on uber when you drove 297 miles

Got there on time had to wait 20 minutes before Christian showed up then when I said hey I’m here for the car he looked at me and Shook his head as if he didn’t acknowledge me coming there to pick up the car (profiling) not only that car needs tune up but communication level is 0 after spending 250 a day for a car You would expect to get the best treatment won’t book again also car was dirty when I received it and electrical system keeps cutting off after 30 minutes of driving
