Usually they are really good with communicating and cleanliness. This car had mini Roaches and I tried communicating with the guy so it would t go on the Turo account. I actually had to return it earlier than I rented it for it was that bad. I could rate this worse because the guy walked off from me like he just had my Money like I couldn’t get it back..

The car boot is not working properly, you have to hold it because if you don’t it can fell down and hurt your self........

This was a very disappointing trip. The communication was terrible. Karina sent us messages that seemed to provide open communication prior to the trip. Unfortunately, when I landed in Miami I called the number they told me to so I could have someone from their rental car company pick us up. They didn’t speak English and had limited understanding in what they needed me to do once they picked me up. They asked me to sign a agreement for insurance and other costs but were unable to explain what everything was for. They charged my card an extra $300 and said it would be refunded after seven days, they never refunded me until I called them multiple times and sent multiple texts. When I returned the vehicle no employee was able to communicate how they wanted the return process to go. They switched between worked in attempt to communicate but no one seemed to understand what was going on. In summary, save your time and money and limit your frustration by going with any other rental car than this one.
