This was my first Turo experience and I will definitely use it again thanks to our excellent host Jose! Jose was quick to respond to messages and promptly met us at the airport for pick up and drop off and made things so easy for our trip. The car was in great shape and super fun to drive! We had friends on this trip that used a traditional car rental service and they waited over an hour and a half in line to get a car! Turo made things convenient and easy!

Really pleasant experience with Karina's personal... the gentleman who picked me at the airport was really friendly and respectful. The car was clean and worked excellent during the time I had it. I would definitely recommend Karina and her rental cars.

Easiest and most convenient way to rent a car. This car was extremely clean and prestigious. The host was amazingly accommodating and met us at the pick up area when we arrived in Miami. Once he arrived, he showed us everything we needed to know about the car and off we went. The Tesla 3 was a great choice for getting around the Miami area. Supercharger were easy to find and the charge didn’t take longer than 45 minutes. Upon our departure, the host met us in the departure area right on time. Highly recommend this vehicle!

Overall great experience, all the pre-existing conditions of the car were photographed and pictures uploaded via the app unlike with the bigger car rental companies. Can only recommend it

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience renting this beautiful 718 Boxter from Wilber! The car is beautiful – And, Wilber is an ideal host. Exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful, and responsive. He even made a point to check in multiple times throughout my trip to make sure I was having the absolute best experience possible!

Ghulam is a fantastic host. Much much better than the regular rental car experience regardless of whether you go through Avis, Hertz, or any of those rental car places. The car was phenomenal, and a lot of fun to drive as well

I was looking to rent a small SUV but chose this when another different host told me "he does not work Saturdays". It was a bit smaller than I expected but a super fun economical vehicle. I drove all over Miami and to the keys and back and only filled up twice! My son was more than comfortable in the back seat and there was plenty room for luggage, snacks & a cooler. Wilber was incredibly responsive to questions and was prepared when dropping the car off to us at the airport. He was helpful to show me common issues people have with the car and how to adjust the seat as I was unfamiliar. I was impressed with the power of the car and how spacious it was.. All in all we had a great trip and I would definitely rent this car again!

Eddy is a great host who made the rental so easy. Pickup and drop offs were so convenient. The car was fantastic for cruising Miami and the Florida keys. I would highly recommend Eddy and his car.

My rental car experience with bolivar was amazing I book this car for my anniversary and it was great this car is sooo, clean i got so many Complements on this car heads was turning every time I pass bye I recommend anyone that’s looking to rent a car and the host was super cool treated me like royalty I will rent again

Thiago is a VERY EXCELLENT host!!! From the start we had a very pleasant experience with him. Even after i had made a very irresponsible mistake he was very understanding and handled the situation with the best possible service. Communication and professionalism were exceptional. Delivery to the airport was on time; same with pick up from airport. Jonathan ensured I was comfortable with the process and was willing to assist with any concerns. Vehicle was great, and had some fantastic electronic upgrades common with high end vehicles. I was pleasantly impressed with how well it drove in comparison to it's Japanese competitors. Owner and vehicle are highly recommended. This was my first Turo experience, and I will certainly never rent from a commercial car rental company again. There might be an extra fee for delivery to the airport, but it was well worth it - no lines to wait; no surprises on what vehicle you will get; no surprise extra fees costing you triple of what the vehicle rents for; what you pay for on-line is all you will pay, and is the vehicle you get. Incredible experience! Jonathan is a customer service oriented entrepreneur - do yourself and him a favor, and rent vehicles from him - he will make money, and you will be pleasantly satisfied with his service and product.

Wow, I am blown away by this service. I am a 1st time Turo users. This was the most convenient and easiest transaction I have ever done with a rental car. I have to say Ryan really put me at ease. He answered every call and text I ever sent him and was very prompt with his responses. He does what he says he is going to do and is VERY dependable. What more can I say. If I ever need a car rental again in this area I am coming straight to Ryan.

Jack is probably the best Turo host in Miami, phenomenal availability and superb communication, even at 4 in the morning when you end up losing the key in the city’s nightlife, Jack is there for you! Cannot recommend this clean Model 3 enough. Miami traffic requires a intelligent and zippy car to avoid getting into incidents, AutoPilot is like having your own personal chauffeur when you want to do some site seeing and the views are beautiful enough to distract you from the road ahead, this is where the Tesla beats all the rest. Treat yourself!

Everything was great with our trip. Luis was easy to get ahold of and made pickup and drop off seamless at MIA. The car was clean and in great working order. Getting around Miami Beach is easy with a car and taking a road trip down highway 1 was very enjoyable with a convertible. Would highly recommend!

Nothing but positive things to say about my experience with renting from Juan. Him and his wife were extremely understanding and accommodating. If there was a higher rating I could add to this trip, I absolutely would. Juan has a large number of cars that will meet all expectations of all. Plus, he cares enough to put tire shine on. Depending on the car I usually bring my own. I have had other experiences with renting where they say the car is cleaned but it clearly has not been. Juan went above and beyond. We rented this car for 5 days for a family vacation. We opted for delivery and pickup from the airport for an additional charge which was worth it for us as it made life a lot easier. The car is in great shape, very clean and comfortable, and the owner gave good mileage- we were allowed 1000+ miles for the trip which was more than sufficient. JPaul was very communicative throughout the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel was a great host and the car was amazing. It was very clean and great on gas. He arrived on time and responds very quick. While on the trip he had a family emergency and wasn’t able to pick up the car so he had me drop it off at somewhere and he paid for the Uber to take me to the airport which is great. OMG! Janine was amazing! First we will start with her, so friendly and accommodating. Easy to reach in the event I needed her or something was wrong. Luckily no issues but Janine is amazing. Now regarding the car. First time driving a Tesla and I’m officially sold. Drive is so smooth, her car is pristine and no issues. So much fun driving it especially on gorgeous days. All around wonderful service! Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a car in Miami. We were picked up from the airport and escorted to our vehicle free of charge. The car was clean, filled up and in pristine condition ready to go upon our arrival. It drove amazingly! Smooth and powerful! I had a great time driving this around the city. After dropping the car off at the end of our trip, we were escorted all the way back to our Airbnb in Miami Beach also free of charge! The car was AMAZING. Hard-top convertible BMW that looks and drives great. We drive the Keys and around Miami with the top down and had an INCREDIBLE time.
