A cleaning and detail fee of $200 will be applied for bringing the vehicle back with a lingering smelling. Pet-Free no friendly furry pets are allowed. This protects customers that are allergic to furry pets. Since it its my personal vehicle, please treat it with care. It must be returned on time, and in the same condition as you received it which includes: Clean inside and out. If you would like to extend your trip feel free to request an extension within the app and I will accommodate you. • Do the vehicle have to be returned exactly at my return time? ⏲ Can I be a little late?

  Yes, the vehicle has to be returned at the time that was booked. Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. Otherwise, you will be charged for an additional day.

• Do I need to fill up the gas tank before returning the car?⛽

  Yes, please return the vehicle with the same amount of "PREMIUM" fuel ⛽ it was delivered to you with. A "refueling fee" charge will apply for bringing the vehicle back without a full tank of gas. ⛽ Note: 🚩Gas must have a FULL tank of Premium gas when returned (not 7/8, not 3/4)🚨 complete full tank of gas for the next guest. I deliver all my vehicles with a FULL tank of gas. If not, there will be a $10.00 convenience fee, plus however much it takes to fill it up⛽.

• Are pets allowed?🐶🐱

  I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my vehicle(s), so please "No" 🐶friendly furry animals are allowed in the vehicle. This also protects customers that are allergic to friendly furry animals. There will be a $250.00 fine.🚨

• Is the vehicle smoke-free?🚭🚭🚭

  Yes, all my vehicles are Smoke/Drug-Free. 🚭 Absolutely "No Smoking or Drugs of any kind is allowed inside the vehicle". A cleaning and detail fee of $200 will be applied for bringing the vehicle back with a lingering smelling. 🚭🚭🚭🚭

• Do I need to clean the vehicle after each rental?

  Yes, Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean inside and outside. A cleaning fee(s) charge will apply for bringing the vehicle back excessively dirty or smelling of smoke. I will ensure that the car is clean before each rental.

• Do you have airport pick-up and delivery, late night pickups, etc.

  Yes, it available. However, it is upon request and availability.

• Do I need to wash the car upon return? Ask me about a "free car wash and vacuum".

  When returning, the car must be clean inside and outside enough to show that there's no damage.

• Do you clean and disinfect your car?🤷‍♂️

  Yes, I have completed training on enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices. I clean and disinfect all my vehicles after each trip with disinfectant wipes or spray while concentrating on "Hot Spots" (steering wheel, door handles, trunk latch, keys, radio area, console, seat belts, and any other surfaces) that are touched frequently to ensure the next customer is free from germs, viruses, etc. Below are areas that are thoroughly cleaned "Hot Spots" along with all other areas: Vehicle “hot spots” (frequently touched surfaces) Exterior door handles & trunk latches Interior door handles Sun visors Rearview mirror Steering wheel Cup holder Seat belts Gear selector Infotainment & temperature controls All other switches (seat and mirror adjustments, windows, lights, turn signals, etc.) Air vents Gas cap Keys & key fob

• Is there an age limit to lease the vehicle?

  Yes, you must be at least 25 years old or older to lease the vehicle.

• Will I be charged for any dents, scratches, or damage to the vehicle?

  Yes, you will be charged a fee for any dents, scratches or damage to the vehicles interior and exterior damage including rims. So please be car very careful to avoid any damage fees.

• What should I do if I get a flat tire?

  If you get a flat tire, call for roadside assistance. In the US, call 1-415-965-4525. In Canada, call 1-888-391-0460. In the UK, call 0344 243 8660. Once you’ve arranged for help, call your host. If the tire is repairable, it might be best to do so. If there’s sidewall damage or the tire isn’t repairable, get your host’s OK to replace the tire with one of equal or greater quality. Pay for the cost of the tire at full price, regardless of tire use before the incident. You’re not responsible for replacing any of the non-damaged tires. If you and your host are unable to coordinate replacing or repairing the tire, the protection plan you chose would be in effect for a damage claim.
