John made this trip more than amazing! Firstly, I didn't want to deal with the rental car fiasco with a late flight and decided to rent John's beautiful Camry. It was awesome! Hybrid and fuel efficient. It was sparkling clean and he arranged a remote pickup since I touch down very late. His communication was impeccable and provided me exceeding customer service. I couldn't of asked for a better experience with John. I will rent his vehicle on the next business trip to Chicago!! Thank you again John.

Eric was a phenomenal host...he worked with me to do pickup and drop off at 2 different airports, he accomodated my needs at the last minute...and when I hit a major snag during my rental period due to Chicago's new parking signs, Eric went above and beyond to help me out of it...I would highly recommend him and any of his cars to anyone...THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING SO AWESOME ERIC!!!

We rented Latavia’s Chevrolet Malibu for a day trip in Chicago. Communication, convenience, and flexibility of the host made our last minute stay seem-less.

Shalom was very easy to work with. His car was awesome and fun to drive and was perfect for getting our little family around for our trip. He provided the car seat we needed and was also very flexible when our flight schedule changed and we couldn’t meet in person for pickup. He very thoughtfully reimbursed us for some necessary parking for a smooth pickup. The car was ready for us to use and even had helpful details like sunglasses and phone chargers. This was our first time using Turo to rent a car and Shalom made it a wonderful first experience!

Everything went smoothly. Pickup directions and location were clear. I met Victor at Speedpark in Chicago for drop off and he drove me to the airport. Overall really good experience. Very cheap alternative to renting.

I had a lot of changes with my trip and had to extend not once but twice. it was easy and quick and both Justin and the people who helped him with the rental were great and easy to talk to. some of the Turo car owners were actually very rude about renting to me and I am not sure why. But everything with my car and trip were great!

There is so much I can say about this experience. Eric, was very accommodating during a short timeframe. There was a snow storm at both the pickup/drop-off of this rental and Eric still delivered an amazing experience. I wouldn’t hesitate on renting again. The car drove well under the various weather conditions. It helped a great deal to have the rear windshield wiper. Previously owning a Ford Fusion, it felt great to be in the Focus while driving in snow. Overall, experience was completely worth it. Thank you to Eric for being so accommodating, relaxed and professional. It means the world to interact with honest people.

Presto met us at the airport upon our arrival in Chicago. The car drop off was a bit more complicated as his UBER broke down en route. Presto was kind enough to arrange a drop off at a local Starbucks and paid for our UBER to the airport.
