Very economical no problem with pick up nor drop off

Host was good , car was not clean the images were not updated. Turo showed something and what I received was stained inside and dirty outside. Steering wheel was shaky I couldn’t drive over 60. I was very disappointed due to the fact , I had rented from this host prior.

Sorry to say, but this car was delivered unwashed and unclean by Elgin's co-host, Jose. The front bumper was full of dead bugs as if it had been on a road trip. I let it slide thinking it wasn't a big deal, but then I checked the backseat and it was full of stains and also found a piece of a poptart in the car, and by that time Jose was gone. Super disappointing because the last time I rented with Elgin, the experience was great. I don't get why a car would be rented out in such a dirty condition.

The host was very nice and communicative. They had to switch the car from my original reservation to a different car which worked out fine. The replacement car was not the greatest. I received it without a full tank of gas which makes it hard returning it on the exact fuel level. I ended up returning it completely full because I couldn't gage it to stop beforehand. The car had the low tire air light and a windshield wiper light on. Also the steering wheel shook when I got to 65 mph or higher and I didn't feel fully safe some of the time
