Jose and I got off to a bad start. We weren’t able to meet for our original car drop off time and place - we had some disagreements as it relates to communication.
Why five stars? Because Jose made it right. Even if I didn’t get my car on time, he drove the car to my location and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good trip - including reducing the fee I paid as a result of the disagreement.
