Please read our thousands of 5-star reviews to get a sense of the type of service we provide. We've addressed most applicable guideline inquiries in the "Guidelines" section of this listing. Please refer to the guidelines if you have any guideline related questions. If you have any other questions, please refer to the following: 1) There is no way for you to pick up or drop off the car outside of our business hours. 2) You have to pick up and drop off the car at the pickup and drop-off address. The car cannot be delivered to you at the beginning of your trip and the car cannot be picked up from you at the end of your trip. 3) We welcome trip extensions and last minute bookings. We'll try our best to accommodate you if possible. Please let us know if you have any other questions that were not addressed above or in the "Guidelines" section of this listing. Guidelines

​Here are a few basic guidelines to follow: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t text and drive. Don’t smoke in the car. Don’t bring any pets into the car. Don't drive the car out of the Unites States (i.e. Canada or Mexico). Make sure you follow all applicable rules of the road. If you run a red light that takes your picture, you will have to pay a hefty fine and the traffic violation will go on your personal driving record. In case of an accident, the Turo Insurance ID Card is in the glovebox and is also available on the app when you view the trip details. Please take pictures of the vehicle info (license plate and VIN), driver’s license info, and insurance info of all parties involved. Please call Turo to report the accident immediately. Please also inform us of the details of the accident and share all relevant info and documents. If you get a parking ticket, pay it asap. If you don't pay it asap, we will get a copy of the ticket in the mail. You will then be charged the following on Turo: 1) the cost of the ticket, 2) all relevant processing fees administered by the issuing body, 3) and $20 per ticket from us for having to deal with your ticket. ​ You can put in the cheapest gas, 87. The allowed miles are listed on Turo. Please make sure you’re aware of the number of miles included for your trip. There will be a fee for additional miles driven. Please remove all your belongings and all trash before returning the car. Please return the car with the same amount of gas as when you pick it up. You will be charged for any gas used but not refilled on Turo. The car will be clean. Please get a car wash that washes the outside and vacuums the inside before returning it. If you pick up the car clean but return it dirty, you will be charged at least a $20 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be higher if there is a scent of any type of smoke. There should be an iPhone cable, an Android cable, and an AUX cable (if applicable) in the car that you can use. Please make sure to leave them when you return the car. Thank you! Great vehicle, pick up and drop off was very easy! Professional service. Vehicle is a little old and rides low to the ground but it was kept in good condition. Great gas mileage as well.

Car was stained upon pickup in the front and back seats. Smelled faintly of smoke the whole trip, we do not smoke. Tried to contact the company as the key fob was acting up and not locking using the button but no response so I contacted turo to put a note on the account. Soap was used to clean the seats so when we went to clean up they had suds on them. Car rattled upon acceleration and took about 20 seconds to go to 60. Did not feel safe driving the speed limit. There needs to be a checkup for this car to see if it is really safe to drive. The gentleman who we picked the car up with was using a distraction technique while we tried to take pictures in an attempt to make us forget to. I’m sure because there are already dents, dings, and a dirty car waiting for us. I doubt he wanted us to get good pictures. Also ten minutes late almost in letting us pickup the car and we were early! The gentleman who took the car back was amazing and very nice. Would rent from a person rather than a company next time.
