Superb car quality: minor road rash paint scrape on front right spoiler. Otherwise, the car appears flawless in performance and appearance. Junyu is a good communicator and I hope to rent from him again.

Great host, our communication throughout the trip was easy and efficient. The car was fantastic and drives perfectly. Would highly recommend.

I cme to pick up the car with plenty of time to get where I needed to 1.5 hours away. The first problem was that the stated location was wrong. Only 1 row away, but in a large lot that required not very helpful owner input and cost 20 minutes. Then the car was locked, which didn’t take too long to resolve with owner help. But once in the car wouldn’t start and, again with owner input, that took another 20 minutes or so. This was bad pickup experience. Not 0 or 1 stars because the owner was responsive and at least one of the starting issues was something pretty obvious that I didn’t see.
The car has buttons and screens everywhere that aren’t intuitive. Handles and drives like a pillow. But I needed to go quite fast on country roads to make my appointment and it did that. Expected better so also disappointing.
