Why does my car stop at red lights or when I stop?
The mini has an auto start stop button to conserve fuel when not moving. We recommend this feature be turned off on the toggle switch on dash.
Why do you not want car though car wash?
Due to being a foreign sports car it was not designed to have a front license plate. Therefore an adapter which sticks out the front with the license plate is easy damaged by the brushes of car washes.
What happens with Tolls/Charges/Parking Fees/Citations, etc., and or Additional Fees of any kind if acquired during trip?
These will be added to your trip charge. Please notify us with any details.
