Thanks for booking. there will be a lockbox on the driver side window. Unfortunately we do not have parking available for you to leave another vehicle. If it’s only for a few days. There is a parking lot at Bowman airfield at the top of the street. You will be good there for a couple of days. I wouldn’t do more than 2 days. Let me know if you have any other questions. To help speed up delivery. Please upload a selfie photo of your self holding your drivers license. Also upload a close up photo of your drivers license. Thanks again for working with us. We aren’t permitting that the vehicle travel more than two hours outside of Louisville. Car shouldn’t travel more than two hours outside of Louisville without owners prior approval. In addition to this, our keys have an Apple car tag on them in the event the key is lost or miss placed. You can remove it during your trip. Just know to replace the key ranges from $179 - $300 depending on the key type. You would be responsible for replacement if lost. Thank you.

Everything went well on the host end. I would just confirm with the host whether or not if you should lock the doors upon return. But all in all was very satisfied.I had a slight issue with the passenger rear, tire probably picked up a nail but can not blame host and was handle very respectfully. All in all I would give a thumbs up and would recommend.

Great experience with Terrance. Picked up and returned the car as scheduled. He did mention the rear passenger tire which we took care of prior to it going back out on its next trip. Appreciate him being super diligent. However, wish he had reached out to me before before blocking the keys in the car. Just a small inconvenience we had an extra key. Thanks for the feedback you provided within the app. Certainly welcome back anytime and would highly recommend!
