Zaurbek was very helpful in the transition of retrieving the car although I gave him the wrong location still cost me a lot more money to Uber to get the vehicle. I believe I was overcharged by Touro to change the air dress, but there’s nothing I can do about it the car was clean good gas mileage and that’s all I could ask.

Very smooth process overall, especially for LAX pickup and dropoff. He coordinates the time to meet you for both at your terminal. The car was clean and in great condition, and was very efficient in terms of gas mileage. For almost 4 days in LA our gas bill was only $25 and we drove to Anaheim, Malibu, and throughout the city. Zarubek was very responsive and helped return my sweater I left in the car.
