The vehicle and service was excellent. Gary’s assistant met us at baggage claim to pick up the vehicle and at departures to drop off. He was prompt to respond to messages. Overall, it was a fantastic rental experience.

When we first received the car Garry’s assistant came took a picture of my information and than left so quickly like if he was running away. Never once were we showed how to operate the Tesla nor were we asked if we knew how to. Two days later we informed Garry the vehicle was infested with ants and instead of asking how to make it better he tried to make it seem like it was our fault yet we never had food in the car. Me and son had ant bites all over us and even on our bags. After that three days before we had to drop off the car the back plate flew off and when we informed Garry and all that we were told was that they would take care of it once we returned the vehicle. I didn’t even want to drive the vehicle anymore because I didn’t want to get pulled over and our hotel had to make accommodations so the vehicle wouldn’t get towed. I called Garry multiple times to discuss all the issues and I never once got a call back. Overall the experience wasn’t the best Pro: they arrive on time for pick up
