I could not see behind the car with the Bluetooth rear view mirror turned on. The rear view camera only showed what was in front of the car.
Even with it turned off it was difficult to see behind me, especially in the dark. Shakare said she had to install this Bluetooth rear view mirror last minute due to a recent theft, but I wish she had given me some notice of this change so I could cancel the reservation. She didn't tell me about this change until she was handing me the car keys.
I called her and told her about this issue. Shakare said she didn't know what to do to resolve this, her assistant was on vacation. She said she would look at the instruction manual when she got home and call me back but I never got a call.

The pickup instructions were unclear. She told me to use the shuttle transport for Enterprise rental cars, then it'd be "facing the street". I said I don't know what that means, but I guess I can call her when I get there. After taking the shuttle bus I called Shakare and asked for clarification and she said she'll be at the parking lot "right there", the visitor parking lot. I told her I didn't see it. I was surrounded by parking lots, and don't know which parking lot that was but she said it's right there so I told her I would stay where I was at the shuttle bus drop off.
It turned out that the parking lot that she was talking about was actually behind a 20-ft hedge. There was no way for me to see that parking lot or the signs for it from where the shuttle bus dropped me off. I did eventually find her, but only because I saw a white car drive by on a street nearby. It was stressful and I wish she'd provided better instructions.

Shakare said she will be taking off the Bluetooth rear view mirror (leaving the original rear view mirror in place) so hopefully that won't be an issue in the future.
She also mentioned having an assistant so the issue I had with the unclear instructions may not be a problem for others renting a car from her.

Great host with a lot of help! Car was all I needed for my trip for the weekend. Drove smooth with no issues!

She was great. And the two most important things about the car AC works and it’s a gas saver.
