Car was in great condition, pick up was easy and on time. The host was excellent communicating everything that we needed to know, including bus transportation to and from the airport. 5 star!

I didn't find out the drop-off location was not at a house or business but rather the entrance to a park in the middle of the hills until it was too late. This would not have been a problem if they were on time, but while already on my way in the Uber, I got a message saying they were running late. So I got dropped alone in a very unsafe location. The pick-up was ok, but for a 9pm pick-up at a dimly lit entrance, it wasn't east to get quality pictures. The car had a little shake to it on the freeway, not bad though. I took the car straight home and parked it. The next day at 2pm was the next time I started the car. The check engine light came on. I contacted the host and then Turo, since I didn't want to drive the car 150 miles to my intended destination, only to possibly get stranded. The host declined to have Turo tow the car to her and said she would pick it up. A little over 2 hrs later, the car was picked up, but it was too late for me to make my trip since I was not able to rent car another until the host picked up hers. Turo issued a full refund, but this was definitely disappointing. I missed an event that will only happen once in a lifetime.
