Guidelines
What's allowed: Driving: Renters are allowed to drive the BMW M4 Competition as long as they have a valid driver's license and comply with any mileage restrictions set. Car care: Renters are expected to take care of the vehicle while it is in their possession. This includes keeping it clean, not damaging the interior or exterior, and maintaining proper fluid and tire pressure levels. Passengers: Renters are allowed to have passengers in the vehicle as long as they comply with local laws and regulations. Road trips: Renters are allowed to take the vehicle on road trips as long as they comply with any mileage restrictions and take proper care of the vehicle while traveling. What’s not allowed: Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the vehicle. Pets that shed: Pets that shed are not allowed in the vehicle, as they may cause damage or leave behind odors. Racing: Renters are not allowed to use the vehicle for any racing or competitive purposes. Off-roading: The BMW M4 Competition is not designed for off-roading, and renters should not take it off-road or on any unpaved roads. Modification: Renters are not allowed to modify the vehicle in any way, including adding or removing parts, changing the exhaust system, or altering the suspension. Towing: The BMW M4 Competition is not equipped for towing, and renters are not allowed to tow anything with the vehicle.
FAQs
Upon our return, do we need to wash the car ?
Before returning the vehicle, the customer is not required to disinfect or clean it. However, we will notify Turo if the car is in a state that could only be the result of careless or violent behavior. After reviewing the evidence, Turo customer support will either levy a $150 cleaning violation or remove the user from Turo. We welcome pets, however if you don't clean up after your pet, cleaning fees might be charged.
Is it ok to smoke in the car?
Smoking, including marijuana use, is strictly prohibited in the car. Any evidence of smoking or marijuana use will result in a cleaning fee of $250. Thank you for respecting this policy.
