What if I receive a parking ticket?
We certainly don't want the ticket to pass its due date, and you end up paying more than what it supposed to be. Please let me know if you receive a ticket. You can either pay it yourself or I pay it first and send you a reimbursement invoice. Also, LA has FasTrack lane on some freeways (There are signs that will tell you if they are FasTrack. Usually it is the very left lane on the freeway. Please be aware that you do not get on the FastTrack lane because you will receive toll violation tickets.
What if I can't drop off the car on time?
You can extend the trip time if you can't make it at your original drop off time. Changes can be made under trip detail. If you failed to do so, you will be responsible for a late fee.
What's next for me to do after I booked the trip?
I will send you check in info through text message 24 hours before you trip starts.

Car had scratches and some cosmetic issues but otherwise in good shape.
Communication was very prompt.
Although I was given a key card instead of a key fob, which was frustrating most of the times.

Regarding the key card, we provided clear instructions, including a detailed picture and a YouTube tutorial to ensure easy use.
