I had great experience with this rental company and will definitely be renting from them again in the near future. Pick up was easy, drop off was easy…the elevator was shut down during my visit, but the guy exchanging the keys helped accommodate me and my luggage so I didn’t have to drag it three up three flights of stairs. Car was clean and super smooth to drive. Would totally rent this vehicle again!

Car was great. There was a hiccup at the beginning with the car pick up at LAX but they were quick to apologize and help figure things out. I really appreciated the apology. After pick up, everything was smooth. I’d book with them again.
