Overall experience was good. Took off a star because of these two reasons:
1. During check-in, the car was located in a isle different than what the host mentioned. Took us at least 5-10 minutes just checking out all Subarus. Propose they be more careful in future.
2. The car is old and it feels that while driving on mountains. It occasionally also made a repetitive loud sound. I am not sure what caused that but it was very off-putting.
