Horrible. They lied and said a shuttle bus will take me to the airport. That never happened. I had to get an uber. When I asked for them to pay for my uber they left me on read. I forgot my headphone in the car when I asked about it they were so rude and attacked me when all I asked was did you find it and can you ship it. So unprofessional. Will never book with them. They also make you pay for parking which they don’t tell you until after you book with them. Such a scam.
