The car was A+. It was nice , clean and more than functional. We drove to Kerhonkson, NY which is over an hour away and I never feared that the car would let us down. It was great the whole trip. Renting the car honestly made our trip a little more special. Jorge is awesome and friendly. He made sure he was available to reply if I needed anything.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Sergio was a great host. It was my first time using Turo and he made it so easy! Answered all of my questions and made sure the car was exactly as I wanted it before the trip started. He gave me a 45 minute lesson on how to use the car when I came to pick up, since I hadn’t driven a Tesla before, which was a super nice thing to do. He followed up by text every day of the trip to make sure I was getting the most out of the car, and detailed how to use all of the interesting features, like autopilot and course correct. He texted back within a couple minutes, excellent communication. The model 3 itself is an incredible car and in great condition. I felt like a million bucks driving it! So much fun to drive and a fun experience to try out Tesla cars for the first time. The car really impressed all of my friends and family, it is so beautiful. The pick up and drop off was so easy and not stressful at all. He also included 1,000 miles for my 5 day trip, double what anyone else was offering, and I still couldn’t use them all up. Made me feel good that I didn’t have to worry about going over the limit because he gave such a generous amount. I would rent this car again in a second. Thank you for the great experience Surgio! It made my birthday week so special!

Wow what a great rental. Brand new clean car, like we drove it right off the lot. The screen hooked up right to our phone GPS. It handled so well and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Jorge was super responsive and made our rental a memorable event. Thanks for a great time!
Great communication from Sergio and easy no contact pick up. Sergio provided all the details on picking up and dropping off. The car is amazing, it is like no other car. Teslas are like robots/supercomputers on wheels and the driving is smooth and quick. Definitely will get a Tesla for my next car.
