Curbside pick up is actually illegal at DTW. The lot is located 5 minutes from the North Terminal (American, United, Southwest, Spirit) and 7 minutes from McNamara Terminal (Delta). Cost of up to $11 to exit the lot will apply. I work full time and will do my best to drop the car off in the lot as close to your reservation time as possible. Detailed instructions on how to access the car will be provided prior to reservation start time.

The instructions to pick up the Tesla Model S was clear and easy. Simon was quick to respond to any questions I had. Highly recommend renting from Simon if you are in the Detroit area.

Simon was great, nice car. Don’t go to the super charge tesler location In Monroe, they are closed down. Livonia location at Meijer is great.
