We take pride in sanitizing and cleaning our cars efficiently for every single guest and we expect for that care in return. We would not recommend eating in our vehicles. Any spills, stains or anything that requires extra cleaning beyond the basic, there will be a charge for clean up. DRIVE SAFELY TO PREVENT DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE& PERSONS: Please be very mindful of preventing damages to the vehicles. Any damages are fully your responsibility while in your possession. Damages should be reported to us and through the app. Resolving directly with us has been the best option considering cost for both parties. We appreciate honest communication and return the same. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in our vehicles. Please beware there will be up to a $250 fee charged to remove the smokey odor. Please beware, any scratches marks or ding on the interior or exterior of vehicle, or on alloyed rims that is obtained in your possession may result in repair charges. Please return fuel level the same as pick up. A fee of $50 may be charged. We do have a pre-paid fueling option as well. If traveling out of state please let us know, just so we're aware. If you travel through tolls you are responsible for toll fees. If we are billed in the mail an invoice will be sent to you to be paid in full. PLEASE NOTE EZPASS HAVE BEEN CHARGING A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE that will be tacked on to your toll fees. Airport pickups- Parking fees will be reimbursed to you through Zelle. Upload a photo of the receipt. Please communicate if you are running late for pick up or drop off.

• Do I need to wash the car before returning?

  It is within your discretion to wash the car but it is not required.
