Not what I expected.
Daemion's response
Though Guest did not prepay for gas in the Turo app Guest informed me that she expected a full tank of gas. Only Guest who prepay for gas are provided a full tank of gas and allowed to return the car on empty. Otherwise guest just return vehicle at gas level received. Moving forward hopefully guest will familiarize herself with Turo protocol and not give gracious Hosts unfair reviews.

Was not open to accomidating for the customers needs. Especially when it came down to pick up or drop off locations . I had to drive across town like 20-30 minutes just to be able to get to the car or bring it back.

Guest simply is a first time TURO customer with unrealistic expectations. Guest was made aware immediately that due to time and cost I am unable to make deliveries. Guest could have cancelled trip and chose a car closer to her location. Speaking of accommodation Guest arrived 8 hours late to pick up car and returned car late as well and she wasn’t charged a dime. My service was courteous and understanding as always. Even sent her a 10% discount for her next trip.
