Absolutely no smoking in the car and no pets. If you eat in the car and there is a mess you will be charged a cleaning fee. Also please don’t adjust car settings other than to input addresses for navigation. No out of country or state drives regardless of miles without contacting me on details of your trip first. No drives to Mexico or Oregon for example, but Vegas is fine if you let me know ahead. Contactless check-in! Before your trip must upload pictures of the vehicle through the app to ensure you won’t be liable for any damages. Then upload your drivers license and a selfie with you holding your ID to verify identity. Then I will send you the code for the lockbox to get the car key. Put the lockbox in the car after removing the key from the lockbox and pouch. Make sure when returning the vehicle to put the key into the pouch to block signal and put the lock box on the rear window facing outwards. After the trip upload pictures of the car through the app. Return the vehicle to the same place as the pick up location with a full tank of gas.
