No smoking, pets, sand and/or eating allowed within the vehicle. A detailing fee of up to $250 will be charged against you for sandy/dirty/smoked vehicle return. Rim/Wheel Scratch Damage Warning: $186 per rim/wheel repair fee will apply against any damaged return. •DO NOT park on sand. Vehicle will get stuck in sand. •DO NOT drive vehicle to Hana through the “backside” (Kipahulu way). The road is not paved in some areas (the car will not make it) and there are spots with NO reception. If you get stuck out that way, you are stuck with no cell service. Vehicles locations are tracked via app. Any trips through Kipahulu will result in a penalty fee per Turo’s off roading policy. Please return vehicle with a full tank of gas (premium gas only) and leave receipt in cup holder at drop off, unless you opted in for pre-paid fuel.

This was my first time using Turo and Courtney made it super simple and nice. The Mercedes was perfectly clean and full of gas and she offers many additional beach gear add ons. I would rent from Courtney again, for sure!

She made it very stressful. No sand in the car?! We are on Hawaii. We returned the car paranoid that we had left it messy. Took several pictures in case she says other wise. No fins with the snorkels. And the tags for the vehicle were expired. We called it to her attention and were told to keep sand out of the vehicle in response. Very confusing. Not aloha at all. Would not have booked if we knew she was 40 minutes from the airport. Additional $$ to and from the airport. All in all I wouldn't work with her again.

Safety sticker we realized was stolen off which has been taken care of, thank you. Out of 200+ trips, you’re our first non 5⭐️ Can’t win ‘em all🤙🏽
